My Favorite Fat Burning HIIT workouts

I LOVE HIIT workouts. Seriously. Its a problem, but a good problem to have. This list is of my favorite fat burning HIIT workouts that incorporate weight training and fat burning intensity rounds to maximize your time.

Incorporating weights in your workout will  help build muscle to give you that perfect toned look. HIIT will help melt the fat off your body and keep your body burning those calories for long after the workout is done.

If you are just getting started on your fitness journey be sure to start by tracking your progress with photos and measurements.

 

1. Do it anywhere 25 minute workout

This great workout comes from Fitwirr and will work out all parts of your body in 25 minutes with only a set of dumbbells and some time. Their website has detailed pictures and steps on how to do all the moves too.

2. Cardio Blast HIIT

PB Fingers brings us all fast paced cardio HIIT workout that will hit every inch of you body and make you sweat!

3. Upper Body HIIT Circuit

Transformfitspo put together a killer upper body workout that can be done at the gym or at home depending on what weights you have. If you do it at home and have some dumbbells then use those for the deadlift in stead of a barbell.

4. Leg Toning HIIT

Want nice toned thin legs? Me too! These workout moves from Spotebi will hit every inch of your legs and leave you feeling the burn. The best part is that with no need for equipment you can do this at home or the gym. If you are at the gym and want to add some weight to these moves and kick the burn up a notch then do it!

5. Full body HIIT

This workout will get every part of your body with multi functional moves. There are 10 moves that you will go through 2-4 times.

    I’m currently following the hiit workout. Love the way how it tones my entire body. You’ll be glad to know that I actually follow some of the above mentioned exercises 😊
